| 摘 要： | 乡规民约档案蕴含有丰富乡治理念,对其进行价值发掘,对乡村振兴有重要现实意义。论文阐释了乡规民约及乡规民约档案概念,分析了乡村振兴与乡规民约档案的关系。提出乡规民约档案价值发掘面临资源建设滞后、开发方式简单、内容发掘转化问题,并提出应对之策。

| Abstract: | The archives of rural rules and regulations contain important ideas of rural governance.It is of great practical significance to explore their values for the revitalization of rural areas.According to the relevant policies and regulations,the paper puts forward the important meaning of exploring the file value of rural rules and regulations.Based on the existing relevant research results,the paper leads to the research problems.This paper explains the concept of rural rules and regulations and the archives of rural rules and regulations,analyzes their excavation value,puts forward the practical problems faced by the excavation of rural rules and regulations archives,and puts forward countermeasures.It is pointed out that the value exploration of township regulations and civil agreement files faces the problems of lagging resources construction,simple development methods,and content exploration and transformation,and proposes countermeasures. |
