| 摘 要： | 传统的英语教学模式过于重视教师在教学中的主导作用，忽视了学生在学习中所具有的主体地位，学生的学〉--j积极性、学习兴趣没有得到足够的重视。情景交际教学模式以师生互动为主要内容，以培养学生的英语交际能力为目的，体现了英语教学的新理念，对增强课堂教学效果，提高学生的英语能力有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This article investigates many factors affecting Chinese middles school English learner＇s oral proficiency. Little practice, fear of errors and unscientific classroom management are found to be the main factors. Also an overemphasis on English grammar or written English ;less on oral communicative ability. After the discussion of the results of this investigation a series of methods are suggested for reference. |
