| 摘 要： | 自从中英南京条约签订以后,中国的关税主权就逐步落入到了列强的控制之中,中国人民就开始为争取关税自主不断努力。20世纪的二三十年代,中国政府为了实现关税自主进行的不懈地努力,最终取得了国际共认的关税自主,在一定程度上削弱了列强对中国的财政控制。在此过程中,中国虽然没有摆脱外交弱国的形象,但是在中国近现代外交史上是一个重大突破。

| Abstract: | Chinese people began to get access to the tariff autonomy of China after the Nanjing treaty. The Chinese government successfully gained tariff autonomy between 1920 and 1930 after making great efforts, which freed China from the financial control of western countries to some extent. Although China never changed her weak role in foreign affairs, she had made a breakthrough in the modern history of Chinese foreign affairs. |
