| 摘 要： | ＂卓越工程师教育计划＂对青年教师的教学能力提出了严峻的挑战。根据调查研究和借鉴全球工程教育卓越计划,提出为适应＂卓越工程师教育计划＂的要求,工科青年教师需在实践教学能力、双语教学能力和工程教育研究能力等方面不断改善与提高。

| Abstract: | ＂Excellence Engineering Education Scheme＂ posed a severe challenge to the teaching ability of young engineering teachers.According to investigation research and learn from Global engineering excellence program,the article proposed to meet the requirements of the ＂excellent engineer education program＂,the engineering young teachers need to improve the practical teaching ability,the bilingual teaching ability and the research capacity in engineering education. |
