| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产是一个国家文化软实力的体现,而民间传统武术则无疑是我国最大宗面临濒危的非物质文化遗产.因此,对民间传统武术的保护工作显得至关重要.然而,我们在对其进行保护的过程中,没有将两者作为一个相互体来审视,造成国家政策和基层群众实施上的"断链".探讨在保护我国民间传统武术的进程中,国家和民间武术传承人双方各自应承担的责任和义务.研究表明,只有在国家和民间传承人的双重扶持下,才能够将民间传统武术的保护工作完成得更好,让民间传统武术真正成为一种可持续发展的活态文化.
