| 摘 要： | 老子的道家哲学是具有浓厚社会政治思想意蕴的政治哲学,其“无为而治”遵循事物的客观规律,“上善若水”是统治阶级在具体的施政过程中提倡高尚的政治道德和政治文明,“以正治国”讲建立公平公正的法律制度,这三个要素构成了有机的整体,对构建现代社会政治思想仍具有哲学启示和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Laozi's thinking of Taoism is a political philosophy with a prevalent atmosphere of socio-political ideology.His idea of "governing by non-interfere" abides by the objective law,while his exercise of "shang shan ruo shui" is an illustration of the ruling class' advocating a noble ruling by political civilization,and his practice of "ruling a country by fairness and healthy trends" helps to establish a just upright legal system.These three elements form an organic whole,thus serve as a philosophical instruction and inspiration for the building of our modern society. |
