| 摘 要： | 当前,在国际金融危机的大背景下,国内制造业的比较优势面临挑战,因此,能否在某些地区或省份进行国际现代服务业转移的承接,已经成为国内经济学界关注的热点. 论文首先对国内外研究现状进行综述,然后结合相关理论指出技术创新在现代服务业发展中的重要性,并分析河南省发展现代服务业的现状.河南省,目前第二产业及第三产业都比较落后,在承接国际服务业的转移上存在着明显的比较劣势.最后提出应加强自主创新,实行技术战略,以生产性服务业为突破口的相应对策.
