微波辐射下固相合成乙酰基二茂铁-2,4-二硝基苯腙

摘    要:在固载体的存在下,以乙酰基二茂铁-2,4-二硝基苯肼为原料,用微波辐射加热并经研磨,合成了乙酰基二茂铁-2,4-二硝基苯腙.通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱对产物的结构进行了表征.探讨了固载体种类与用量、微波功率与辐射总时间对反应产率的影响.本方法反应时间短,产率高,操作简便,对环境友好.

Abstract:By using acetyl ferrocence and 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine as raw materials,acetyl ferrocence-2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone was synthesized under microwave irradiation with the exsistence of solid carrier.The structure of the synthesized compound was characterized by elementary analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The effects of the kinds and amount of solid carrier,microwave power,and microwave irradiation time on reaction yield were discussed.The experimental results show that the reaction proceeds smoothly and has a hig...
