| 摘 要： | 介绍了网络文化作为科技与文化创新的产物,正深刻改变着人们的生活思维方式、价值观念、精神境界。提出在"提高国家文化软实力"这一目标指引下,要理顺我国网络文化的资源构成、优化资源配置,使其成为一种合力,充分发挥网络文化在国家建设中的软实力价值。

| Abstract: | Internet culture as the product of technological and cultural innovation is introduced and it is changing the way of people’s lives and thinking,as well as values and spiritual realm profoundly.It is put forward that under the guidance of "improving the national cultural soft power",it is particularly necessary to straighten out the resource constitution of our internet culture,to optimize the allocation of resources to make them as one kind to work together and to certain the value of the internet cultural soft power in our national construction. |
