| 摘 要： | 研究并分析了小微企业信贷融资中存在的法律问题,在此基础上提出解决我国小微企业信贷融资问题的方案:构建以小微企业信贷融资为核心的中小企业融资法律体系,构建小微企业信用担保法律体系和信贷融资银行体系,加大小微企业信贷融资法律法规政策的执行力度。

| Abstract: | The credit financing problems of law in micro-enterprises are researched and analyzed.Based on this,some solutions of solving the credit financing problems are put forward: to construct a financing legal system of minor enterprises according to the credit financing in micro-enterprises,to establish a legal system of credit guarantee for micro-enterprises and credit financing banks and to enlarge the legal enforcement of credit financing laws and regulations in micro-enterprises. |
