积极心理学课程学科教育与情感培养的双重属性

摘    要:讨论了积极心理学课程的双重属性:以认知促进为目标的学科教育,以提升主观幸福感为目标的情感培养。从认知、情感和行为三个方面阐述了该课程的双重属性,是对积极心理学课程进行定位的粗浅尝试。

Abstract:The double attributes of positive psychology is discussed.One of them is its academic education based on the purpose of cognitive improvement,the other is emotional cultivation based on the goal of improving well-being.The double attributes are expounded from three aspects of cognition,emotion and behavior.It is an attempt made concerning the orientation of the curriculum.
