| 摘 要： | 本文通过新时期干部培训模式的研究,从干部教育理念、干部培训工作、教育保障措施等几个方面 阐述了新时期干部教育工作应把握的几个尺度和原则,提出了干部终身教育的新理论,并系统的总结了教育培训 工作的新形势、新思路和新体制,从理论上说明了创新干部教育工作的重要性,对实际工作有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | Through the research on cadre training mode in new period, from several aspects such as cadre education idea, cadre training work and education support programs, this paper sets forth the scale and tenet of the cadre education work in new period, puts forward a new theory of cadre lifelong education, and systematically summarizes the new form, new thinking and new system of education training work, illustrates the importance of innovating the cadre education work, of which are guiding for actual work. |
