| 摘 要： | 本文对高校科研管理部门在科研档案建设中的地位与作用进行了分析,针对目前高校科研管理过程中科研档案建设存在的主要问题,提出了高校科研管理部门加强科研档案规范化建设、改进科研档案管理工作的几点建议。
