| 摘 要： | 实现高职教育的进一步发展,需要加强对市场需求变化的研究,深化教育教学改革,准确定位,调整专业结构,加强学校基本建设,改革传统的办学模式和教学管理体制,创新人才培养模式,提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量,努力办出自己的特色.

| Abstract: | To achieve the further development of higher professional education,we should do more research about the changes in market need ,so that we can adjust the structures of majors, orientate and deepen our teaching reform. However,to reach these aims, we not only need to strengthen the infrastructure of colleges, reform the traditional mode and system of college management, but also need to create new ideas of personnel training and improve the qualities of teaching and personnel training, only by doing these, can we have our own characteristics. |
