摘    要:企业生存发展的根本是培育核心竞争力,要依靠创新活动,形成创新机制,关键是发挥全体员工的积极性。深化内部顾客管理是充分发挥员工潜力的最佳途径和方法。他们的根本思想都是以人为本理念在企业管理中的体现,而这正是社会主义和谐社会的核心,在这个思想指导下,把企业利益和个人利益高度密切地结合起来是企业持续发展的道路。

Abstract:The basic condition of the development of enterprises is to cultivate competence. It depends on creative activities and the mechanism of creativeness. The key is to give full play of the staff's activeness. And the best way to realize is to deepen internal management of clients. Their basic idea is human - oriented in enterprise management, that is the core of socialistic harmonious society. Under the guidance of this idea, combining interests of enterprise and individuals will be beneficial to the sustainable development of enterprise.
