摘    要:在我国基础音乐教育改革中必须深刻认识并正确处理一些重要的关系。诸如“情感态度与价值观”与“音乐基础知识与技能”、学科综合与音乐本体、教学形式与教学内容、学生主体地位与教师主导作用等,以确保音乐教育改革持续有效实施。

Abstract:In the reform of our country's elementary music reform, some important relations must be deeply understood and dealt with correctly, such as "emotional attitude and values" and "music fundamental knowledge and skills", subjects comprehensiveness and the main body of music, instructional forms and content, students as the main body and teachers' leading role and etc., so as to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of music education reform.
