摘    要:介绍了北方工业大学电子信息工程学院实验中心的本科课外培养及实践活动的情况.首先,建立分组、分层、分角色的培养模式实现实验室组织结构、学生定位和实践目标.其次,通过一系列具体措施,加强过程管理和实施有效奖惩.上述措施强化了学生的专业基本功训练,以及学生对专业知识的热爱,调动了学生参与各项实践和项目活动的积极性,并在竞赛和实践活动中取得了一系列成果.

Abstract:This paper introduces the extracurricular training and practical activities of the Experimental Center of the College of Electronic Information Engineering in North China University of Technology. Firstly, the grouping, layering and role-based training model is established to realize the organizational structure of the laboratory, orientation of students and goal of practice. Secondly, through a series of specific measures, the management of practice process is strengthened and the effective rewards and punishments are implemented. These measures have effectively enhanced the training of students’ professional basic skills, stimulated their love for professional knowledge, mobilized their enthusiasm to participate in various practical projects and achieved a series of results in competitions and practical activities.
