| 摘 要： | 面对世界海洋强国的竞争,为了我国海洋事业的进一步发展,我国海洋人才的培养被提上重要日程。加强海洋人才的培养对建设海洋强国、促进海洋经济发展、提高海洋科技水平、推进海洋教育事业发展具有重要的意义。但是,我国海洋人才的培养现状还存在国家重视程度不够,培养主体不成体系,培养机制不健全,保障措施不完善等问题,因此,加强我国海洋人才的培养可以从加强重视、采用官-产-学-研-军一体人才培养模式,健全海洋人才培养机制,完善保障措施等四方面努力。

| Abstract: | With the competition of oceanic countries in the world,with the further development of Chinese ocean industry,the cultivation of oceanographic talents was put on the important agenda in China.Strengthening the training of oceanographic talents plays an significance on the construction of ocean country,promoting the development ocean economy,enhancing the level of ocean science and promoting the development of ocean education.But,there isn't enough attention on the training of the oceanographic talents,the training organization are not cooperative,the training mechanism are not sound,the training safeguards are not perfect.Therefore,we should strengthen the attention on the cultivation of oceanographic talents,train oceanographic talents by the government,enterprise,school,institute and military together, construct good training mechanism of oceanographic talents,and perfect training safeguards of oceanographic talents. |
