| 摘 要： | 高等教育绩效拨款在促进高等教育发展过程中发挥着重要作用。美国高等教育绩效拨款基本形成稳定的模式,促使美国的高等教育发展水平处于世界领先地位。本文在分析美国高等教育绩效拨款模式发展过程及其特点的基础上,探析对促进我国高等教育绩效拨款机制建立完善的有益启示。

| Abstract: | The Higher Education Performance Grant has played a very important role in promoting the development of higher education.The Grant has a rather mature and fundamental model that effectively assisting the US higher education is leading in the world.This article elaborate and analysis the process and characteristics of the US Higher Education Grant. On top of that,the article also provide helpful suggestions on the approaches in China where can improve the higher education grant by way of a fund granting mechanism. |
