| 摘 要： | 废除死刑是全球发展趋势,也是人类文明发展的必然。中国是目前世界上判处死刑最多的国家,但我国民众深受漫长封建时代复仇正义思想的影响,死刑一直都有强大的民意支持背景,废除死刑必定需要一个心路过程。当前能做的是在尊重民意的基础上,通过现代刑法理念和司法制度的改良、政治家的信仰和抉择、民间仁爱榜样的影响、媒体的反死刑宣传等方式打开人们的心结,引导民意理解、尊重和怜悯生命,建立全社会宽容文化的和谐氛围。只有当仇恨和残酷不再控制着人们的心灵,"死刑报应"才能彻底地纳入前文明史遗迹。

| Abstract: | Abolishing death penalty is a global trend and the inevitable development of human civilization.China is the world's largest country in the death penalty,but our people has affected by the long feudal era of revenge,the death penalty always has strong public support,Abolishing death penalty will need mentality process.What we can do is to Open people' mind and guide public opinion understanding,respect and compassion lives and build a harmonious society on the basis of respecting public opinion,through the improvement of concept of the modern criminal and justice system,beliefs and choices of politicians,civil example of love,the media propaganda against the death penalty.Only when hatre and cruelty will not control people's minds,"the death penalty revenge"can be completely integrated into the remains of the former civilization. |
