| 摘 要： | 苏辙是北宋名的学家，思想家和政论家，《诗集传》是其研读《诗经》的重要学术作，此书阐述了他独特的《诗经》学思想和政治学态度，其中最重要的特点，是打破了盛行千余年的《诗序》的束缚，对于《诗序》的作及其尊废提出了突破性的看法，并主张序言诗，这在整个《诗经》学史中具有承上启下的作用，本探讨了苏辙在《诗集传》中对于《毛诗序》的辩驳，以正视苏辙在《诗经》学只上的地位。
