己二酸制备的半微量实验研究

摘    要:对己二酸制备的半微量实验条件进行探讨,确定己二酸制备半微量实验的最佳条件。用常量合成己二酸试剂量的33%、25%和20%进行半微量合成,与常量合成进行比较研究:结果试剂用量为25%常量时己二酸的产率最高。结论:己二酸制备的半微量实验,利用较少量的试剂和较短的时间获得了满意的实验效果。

Abstract:Adipic acid was synthesized by the reaction of cyclohexanol with patossium permanganatel upon semi-microchemistry methods compared with the constant one and the optimum reaction condition was proposed.The determination of its melting point shows that it is as same as it was reported.With the semi-microchemistry method,the dosage of reagent is lessened,the reaction time is reduced and environmental pollution is alleviated.Moreover,it trains the operation skills for experimenter.
