| 摘 要： | 在城乡一体化进程中，按照统筹城乡的思路，推进城乡公共图书馆“G-B-D”服务体系建设，构建公共图书馆的物理空间、虚拟空间和互动空间，形成“覆盖全域、普通均等、惠及全民”的公共图书馆服务体系，建立公共图书馆投入与运行的网格模型，走出一条公共图书馆均衡发展的创新之路。
