我国职业教育"双师型"师资的内涵及发展趋势

摘    要:我国职业教育"双师型"师资的提法是20世纪80年代末提出的.本文在对我国职业教育"双师型"师资现存的七种内涵进行解析的基础上,指出随着社会经济条件的发展变化,我国职业教育"双师型"师资内涵已由传统的"一元化"师资走向了"二元化"师资,并且"二元化"师资仍是一种过渡形式,我国职业教育师资队伍发展的最终目标是建立职业教育教师职业资格标准制度.

Abstract:The concept of cultivating teachers with double competency in our country's vocational education is raised in 1980's.This paper,based on analysis of the connotation of teachers with double competency,points out that the connotation of teachers with double certificates has transformed from unification to duality,and binary talent is still a transition form.The development goal of teachers' construction is to build qualification standard system for vocational education teachers.
