| 摘 要： | 在美国,基金会对高等教育政策的制定、改革与发展发挥着重要作用,卡内基教学促进基金会就是其中最重要的一个。通过对卡内基教学促进基金会推动、促进美国近二十年来最重要的高等教育改革——大学教学学术运动的具体措施进行述评,发现教育中介机构,即第三方在当代大学建设中具有不可替代的重要作用,它们可以为我国大学改革与发展提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In America,the Foundations has played a very important role in stipulating higher education policy and promoting higher education reform,and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching is one of them.In this article the author discussed how the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching promoted the SOTL movement through the programs it has set up,its cooperation with other communities and the fruitful result it has gained. The author argues in this paper that the practice of Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching verifies that the nongovernment organization is an indispensable part in meeting the needs of university development. |
