| 摘 要： | 大学生择业心理不仅是个体就业意向的行为体现,更是社会政治、经济文化、历史传统与现实价值衍生的产物。从文化心理视阈分析当代大学生择业心理趋好,解读"学优则仕"官本位"面子观"家根情结"等传统文化对大学生择业心理的深层次影响,提出择业心理趋好调适的相应路向。

| Abstract: | The occupational psychology of the common university students is not only the behavior of individual obtaining employment intention,but a derivative of social politics,economic culture,historic tradition and realistic value.On analyzing the occupational psychology trend from the perspective of culture psychology,and explaining the deep psychological influence of Chinese traditions,this thesis aims to provide some adjustment methods for the university students to choose their careers. |
