摘    要:以高校图书馆人力资源管理中面临的心理问题为研究对象,分析了高校图书馆员的心理现状,并根据"霍桑效应",提出了调节馆员心理状态的建议和方法。

Abstract:Taking the psychological problems of human resource management in university library as the research object, this paper analyzes the mental status of the university librarians and puts forward some suggestions and methods to adjust the librarians' psychology based on the Hawthorne Effect.
