| 摘 要： | 我国高职心理健康教育发展程度不一,高职院校开展心理健康教育在我国尚处于探索阶段。以2013年新生测评为例,根据对新生心理测评的分析结果显示:27%左右的学生存在不同程度的心理困扰,其中8.70%的学生存在较为明显的心理障碍倾向。主要表现为:强迫、情绪不稳定、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁等方面。针对上述问题进行分析,结合高职院校心理健康教育工作实践,总结提出七点增强心理健康教育实效性的对策:重视"新生适应"主题教育和专业教育;细致开展测评工作、教育宣传和约谈跟踪并重;充分发挥心理健康教育三级网络的作用;扩大学生参与心理健康教育活动的覆盖面;加强校际间的交流和高职院校心理健康教育工作学术研究;落实心理健康教育课程;提倡班级文化建设,关爱每个学生。

| Abstract: | Our country＇s higher vocational education level is different. Mental health education in higher vocational colleges in our country was still in the stage of exploring. Taking the new evaluation as an ex- ample, it shows that about 27% of the students have more or less psychological distress, 8. 70% of the students have psychological disorder slightly. The symptoms are： obsessive compulsive disorder, emotional instability, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, etc. This paper analyzes the above problems, and suggests to practice the psychological health education work in higher vocational colleges and universities. The paper also gives five countermeasures to strengthen the education effectiveness： put a high importance of the psychological education; start the individual evaluation work; make the propaganda of the importance and high value of the psychological education; keep tracking the students who have psychological problems and make curing appointments; use the website as communication window for all students to have this education, est. |
