| 摘 要： | 长海县是大连市的一个离岛县,社区教育比大连市其他地区略显落后,尚无法满足用人单位的需求。海岛地区的社会发展,离不开本地的社区教育,所以必须参照发达地区的成功案例,结合本地现状,兴建具有海岛特色的社区学院,开设以"海"为核心的特色课程。今后要以社区学院为发展基地,以其它职教机构为补充,构建符合当前社会需求的职教体系,提高县民的基本素质,强化海岛地区的自身造血功能,凭借发展前景吸引各类专业人才,开拓一条以社区职教引领社会经济全面发展的新渠道,并为其它海岛县建立社区学院提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | The Changhai county of Dalian is an islands district county .The community education of this county is not developed and not satisfied with society＆#39;s needs in nowadays .The district economy can-not developed without the community education .Therefore ,we should take others successful experience of developing education to build islands district community colleges with local characteristics and local situa-tions .The writer suggests that from now on we should take both the community colleges education and other various professional educations as supplements .We also should set up the lifelong education system to improve the whole people＆#39;s quality and enhance people＆#39;s cohesion power .And in the end ,we should de-velop a new way that is based on community education and can develop the country＆#39;s economy and culture to provide the experimental theory support to other islands districts . |
