| 摘 要： | 教材是一切教育活动的基础性要件,建设教育强国,教材体系必须强起来。中华人民共和国成立特别是改革开放以来,我国教材建设体制机制取得长足发展,成为社会主义国家制度体系的重要组成部分。党的十八大以来,教材建设的国家事权在新一轮制度创新中不断巩固和强化,在坚持党对教材建设的全面领导、教材政治性与科学性审查、教材编写组织与管理体系、教材建设工作体系等方面取得重要进展,我国教材建设体制机制进入新时代。实现从“教材大国”向“教材强国”的转变,必须坚定教材建设的制度自信,推进教材建设体制机制改革创新,使教材建设体制机制更加科学、高效、成熟。

| Abstract: | Text books are the basic elements of all educational activities.To build a powerful country in textbooks,the textbook system must be strengthened.Since the founding of the People s Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening-up,the system and mechanism of textbook construction in China has made great progress and become an important part of the socialist institutional system.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state power of textbook construction has been continuously consolidated and strengthened in the new round of institutional innovation.Important progress has been made in adhering to the party's overall leader ship of textbook const ruction,the review of the political and scientific nature of textbooks,the organization and management system of text book compilation,and the wor king system of textbook const ruction.The institutional mechanism of textbook construction in China has entered a new era.In order to realize the transformation from a“large country in textbooks”to a“powerful country in textbooks”,we must strengthen the confidence in the system of textbook construction,promote the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism of textbook construction,and make the system and mechanism of textbook construction more scientific,efficient,mature and accomplished. |
