摘    要:小学德育不仅是一门学科,还是一个大系统,一项大工程,要根植于学校发展的历史积淀,以对话育人为理念,创新实践小学德育。基于对话育人理念的小学德育创新实践,是教育主体在人格平等、相互信任、心理安全的环境下,营造平等、宽容、沟通与合作的氛围,通过互动、交流、分享进行道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德行为的内化与外显,实现自我发展、自我提升,成为一个具有独立精神、自由思想、全面发展、完整人格的人。

Abstract:Moral education in primary school is not only a subject,but also a large system and project.It is necessary to set base on the historical accumulation of school development,take dialogue and education as the concept,and innovatively practice moral education in primary school.The innovative practice of moral education in primary school based on the concept of dialogue teaching is to create an atmosphere of equality,tolerance,communication and cooperation in the environment of equal personality,mutual trust and psychological safety for the main body of education.Through the internalization and manifestation of moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will,and moral behavior,the self development and self improvement are realized,and a person with independent spirit,free thinking,comprehensive development,and complete personality is cultivated.
