走向协同教学:课程与教学改革的时代呼唤

摘    要:协同教学是合作教学的一种主要模式,主要是指由多位教师和助理人员组成教学小组,拟订教学计划,分工合作和共同完成教学活动的一种教学形态。协同教学是实现学校课程统整的重要举措,是推进学校教学改进的有效途径,有利于集合教师群体的智慧、特长及经验,优化教学方式,提升教学技能,提高学校整体教学质量。协同教学在我国中小学有无限广阔的发展前景,但其有效推进和实施却非一日之功,需要竭力克服困难,促进教师改变原有的认知模式,努力摆脱思维局限,积极变革教学空间,优化学校教学管理,充分利用校外各种资源。

Abstract:Team-teaching is a process in which several teachers and teaching assistants are setting up teaching groups,drawing up teaching plans,and taking different roles to accomplish teach activities.Team-teaching is an important measure to achieve school curriculum integration and an effective way to promote school teaching improvement.It is beneficial to gather the wisdom,expertise and experience of teaching groups,optimize teaching methods,improve teaching skills,and raise the overall teaching quality of schools.T eam-teaching has broad prospects in primary and secondary schools in China,but its effective promotion and implementation cannot be achieved overnight.It is necessary to overcome difficulties,promote teachers to change the original cognitive model,strive to get rid of the limitations of thought,actively change the teaching space,opt imize school teaching management,and make full use of off-campus resources.
