| 摘 要： | 科研不端行为是科学道德中学术道德研究的重要范畴.在界定科研不端行为、分析科研不端行为产生的原因的基础上,提出规范评审制度,严格管理额外收入以抵制学术腐败,慎重而严格处理科研不端行为投诉,重视大学生和年轻科学工作者的科学道德教育和运用社会力量进行监督等治理措施.

| Abstract: | In morals of science,the unjustifiable act is part of important category of research for academic moral.This paper presents some braking measures that normalize the system of examine and comment,strictly manage supererogatory income to prevent academic corruption,discreetly and grimly deal with appeal,attach importance to the moral culture of science to undergraduates and young scientific researcher and supervise with social strength. |
