| 摘 要： | 民族自治地方政府具有一般地方政府和民族自治机关的双重属性,这使得中央与民族自治地方政府的和谐府际关系尤为重要。中央与民族自治地方的和谐府际关系的实现关系到政治体制的有效运行和国家稳定与统一,正确看待和认识中央与民族自治地方府际关系,充分保障和实现民族自治地方政府的自治权,维护民族自治地方的特殊利益是我们必须认真研究的重大课题。

| Abstract: | The national autonomous local government with the double attribute of the general local government and ethnic autonomous organ,which makes harmonious government relations of the central and national autonomous local government particularly important.The harmonious governmental relations of central and national autonomous areas related to the effective operation of the political system and national stability and unity,to correctly view and understand relations of central and national autonomous local government,fully protect and realize the national autonomous local government autonomy of national autonomous areas,maintain special interest is seriously major topic that we must study. |
