| 摘 要： | 学生在学校发生了伤害事故,尤其是体育伤害事故,学校是否应承担责任,承担何种责任等等,这些问题直接关系到学校和师生合法权益的保障.妥善处理学生体育伤害事故,正确认定事故责任,对于全面保障师生人身安全,维护正常体育教学秩序是非常重要的.

| Abstract: | The problems, which involve whether and what the school is charged with the liability when students are injured in school in the process of physical training, are directly related with pledging legal rights of teachers, students and schools. It is very important for the safeguard of teachers and students and the maintenance of normal physical education to treat the injurious incidence appropriately and distinguish its liability right. |
