| 摘 要： | 通过阐述图式理论与阅读理解、图式理论与文化之间的关系,揭示文化背景知识在阅读理解过程中的重要性,提出要在大学英语阅读课中切实注意文化图式的建构,采取多种方法,有针对性地、多层次地、系统地介绍文化知识,达到阅读过程中作者与读者之间有效的信息沟通,最终提高读者的阅读水平.

| Abstract: | This paper, after introducing the close relationship among schema theory, reading comprehension and culture, discusses the importance of developing students' background knowledge in reading teaching, and argues that we should pay great attention to culture teaching in order to cultivate the students' ability in reading comprehension. |
