章贡区3-6岁幼儿感觉统合失调的现况调查与分析

摘    要:调查赣州市章贡区829名3-6岁幼儿感觉统合失调率及分布情况,为探讨幼儿感觉统合失调的原因提供一定的线索.方法:采用感觉统合能力发展问卷,对章贡区8所公、私立幼儿园幼儿进行问卷调查.829名3-6岁幼儿的轻度感觉统合失调率为12.69%,重度感觉统合失调率为4.08%,轻重度感觉统合失调率为16.77%.男孩和女孩感觉统合失调率分别为17.47%、15.91%.各项轻度和重度感觉统合失调率的年龄和性别分布无显著性差异.在3-6岁幼儿中感觉统合能力发展存在一定的问题,应引起幼儿园和家长的重视,最好进行早期干预,可全面促进幼儿感觉统合能力的改善.

Abstract:Object: according to the investigation of sensory integration maladjustment rate and distributing status of 829 3-6 yearsold children in Zhanggong District,Ganzhou City,then provide definite clews for discussing the reasons of children' sensory integrationmaladjustment.Method: investigate in 8 public and private kindergartens with the development of sensory integration ability questionnairein Zhanggong District.Result: with investigation of 829 3-6 years old children,the mild maladjustment rate of sensory integration is 12.69%,the serious maladjustment rate of sensory integration is 4.08% and the low-serious maladjustment rate of sensory integration is16.77%.Also,the maladjustment rate of sensory integration of boys and girls are 17.47% and 15.91% respectively.It is not remarka-ble of the ages and genders distributing of all the mild and serious sensory integration maladjustment.Conclusion: there are some problemsin the development of sensory integration ability of3-6 years old children which should be regarded by the kindergarten and parents.Thebest way to promote children' sensory integration ability is to guide them by early instructions.
