| 摘 要： | 基层大学生党组织,是加强大学生思想政治工作的核心力量,肩负着新时期高等院校把优秀大学生凝聚到党的队伍和事业中来,为党培养后备人才,加强党的执政地位,坚固党的政权的一个重要环节.发展和建立基层大学生党小组和大学生党支部,扩大党的工作在高等院校中的覆盖面,形成大一有党员、大二有党小组、大三大四有党支部,把党建工作重点转移到基层大学生党建工作上,构建基层大学生党建工作新格局.

| Abstract: | The primary party organizations in students are kernel forces of ideological education for students.To develop primary party organizations,we have to build new pattern of party-construction,which means,there are party members in new students,party groups in students over the first years,and party branchs in students over second and three years. |
