| 摘 要： | 目前高职医学检验技术专业实践教学中还存在薄弱环节,必须根据高职医学检验技术专业实训课教学的培养目标,在传统医学教育和创新医学实训教学模式下设立实验组进行比较研究。以培养医学检验技术专业学生职业技能与职业素质为主线,重视创新能力和团队精神的培养,通过教学实践提高学生的创新能力和综合应用能力,达到培养高素质技能型检验人才的效果。

| Abstract: | At present there are w eaknesses in professional practice teaching in higher vocational m edical inspection technology m ajor, so it set up the experim ental team to develop com parison research in the traditional m edical education and innovative m edical training teaching m ode according to the training goal of m edical inspection technology m ajor. W ith cultivating professional skills and professional quality of m edical inspection technology students as the m ain line, valuing the training of innovation ability and team spirit, through the teaching practice it im proves students＇ innovative ability and the com prehensive application ability so as to achieve the effect of cultivating high-quality skilled inspection personnel. |
