| 摘 要： | 道德作为社会意识的重要部分，对社会发展具有能动的反作用；新加坡短短30多年就发展成为西方公认的发达国家，在道德建设方面所做的努力是其成功的法宝之一。中国与新加坡具有相同的中华文化传统，在现代化的发展过程中又都出现了道德滑坡，因而学习新加坡道德重建运动的成功经验对于我们加强和改进道德建设显得尤为必要。

| Abstract: | It is a truth that morality, as an indispensable component of social consciousness, plays an important role in social development. Singapore owes its great success as a developed country to its successful morality reconstruction. Sharing the same Chinese culture with Singapore and having experienced the similar morality downturn, China has a lot to draw from the latter successful experience in the morality construction. |
