| 摘 要： | 订单式人才培养模式有助于解决目前学校培养的人才与企业需求差距较大的矛盾。但这种模式也存在企业合作意愿不强,企、校、生三方沟通不充分,学校对应教改措施未跟上及订单式人才培养模式的固有缺陷等问题。通过对存在问题的分析,提出了相应的完善订单式人才培养模式的建议。

| Abstract: | Order-Based Cultivating Mode is propitious to resolve the conflict between personnel cultivated by schools and requirements of enterprises.But there are problems in this mode,such as unwillingness of enterprises,insufficiency in communication of enterprises,schools and students,lag of schools＇ relevant teaching reform measures,and inherent defect of this mode.On the basis of analyzing the problems of Order-Based Cultivating Mode,this paper submits some suggestions to improve this mode. |
