| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,对转型期我国由体育课程管理与决策机制的演变和现状进行了分析,探讨了转型期体育课程管理决策机制需要解决的问题。研究表明,进一步健全国家课程管理机构的设置并明确其决策权力;制定地方课程管理与决策权限,加强监督和制约机制;尽快建立与完善体育课程管理与决策规范;改革单一、陈旧的体育课程管理手段。

| Abstract: | This thesis is to use documents to analyze the development from centralized physical education management to the third-class curriculum managerial system in the transitional period of our country.And it discusses the problems of the latter which need solving.Research shows that we should further establish the central curriculum managerial organization and division of power,meanwhile,draw up the limits of local curriculum managerial authority.We should also strengthen its supervision and restriction,establish systematic physical education managerial standard and reform the monotonous and outdated methods of physical education management. |
