| 摘 要： | 豪族的专横、酷吏的擅断、立法与司法的脱节,是北齐法制异化的主要表现.鲜卑贵族对法制的漠视、法律与民族关系的畸形发展、司法执法体制的混乱,是北齐法制异化的主要原因.以史为鉴,在我国当代法治进程中,应当严格规范司法工作人员的管理制度,严格限定司法人员的任职条件,同时应当注重法律程序与法律实体权利的结合.

| Abstract: | The dissimilation of legal system in Northern Qi Dynasty is mainly found in the dictatorship of the nobles,the presumption of the cruel officials,and the disjunction of legislation and judicature,while the reasons are mainly the nobles' ignorance of law,the distortion of law and folks relation,and the chaotic legislative and executive systems.All of these provide considerable inspiration for China today in its legal system construction. |
