摘    要:不断改革和创新是“两课”教育教学的本质要求,也是马克思主义与时俱进理论品质的内在规定。21世纪国际、国内形势发生的纷繁复杂变化,经济全球化,网络技术的迅速发展,市场经济和中国社会转型带来的许多问题,对高等学校“两课”提出了严峻挑战。面对新形势,必须树立阵地意识,增强“两课”教育的主动性,探索“两课”教育的特点和规律,开拓新世纪“两课”教育工作的新局面。章主要对影响和制约高校“两课”教学效果的各项因素进行了深入的分析,提出了增强高校“两课”教学效果的对策。

Abstract:It is not only the requests in essence from the educating and teaching in "Two Classes" but also the inner principle of Marxism and the theory of proceeding with times to reform and innovate continually . In the 21th century the numerous and complicated changes are happening to the international and domestic situations. The economy is globalized; the technology of internet is developing so fast; The transformation of market economy and Chinese society brings a lot of problems. All above give a tough challenge to the "Two Classes" in the university. Facing new situations, we must build up the position consciousness, reinforce the go-aheadism of the "Two Classes" education, explore the characteristics and disciplines of the "Two Classes" education and carve out the new complexion of it in the new century. Mainly and further does this article analyze the various elements, which influence and restrict the effects of the "Two Classes" education in the university, and put forward the measures to strengthen the effects.
