| 摘 要： | 采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术(SFE-CO2)提取了中药海州常山叶挥发油,通过气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定了提取物的化学成分.从中鉴定出32种化合物,主要包括2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,十八碳三烯醇、十八碳三烯酸酯、棕榈酸、芳樟醇、β-紫萝兰酮等.初步分析了所含成分的药效.结果显示,海州常山叶挥发油具有一定的药用价值.

| Abstract: | Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb, a Chinese Medicinal Herb, was extracted by SFE-C02 method. The extraction was analyzed by GC/MS and 32 compounds have been identified. The medicinal effects of these compounds have been analyzed preliminarily. The result shows the essential oil of Clerodendron trichotomum Thunb has medicinal value. |
