| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来出现的新经济,具有前所未有的新特征,具有超越常规的新规律。出现了增长率、通胀率、失业率同时达到最优,以及边际收益递增等罕见现象。信息技术产业成为龙头主导产业,发财致富方式和财富表现形式面目一新,高新科学技术起决定作用。只有掌握和运用这些新规律,才能在21世纪国际经济竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Since 1990'a,unprecedented features and supernormal new laws have appeared in the new economy.The rare phenomena of optimum growth rate, optimum inflation rate and optimum unemployment rate appearing simultaneously and marginal income increasing emerge. It industry becomes the flagship and leading industry.The new ways to increase wealth and the new forms of wealth appear. New high science and technology play a decisive part in the economy. Only by mastering and applying the new laws can we never be defeated in the international economic competition in the 21st century. |
