| 摘 要： | 对学校现代化问题进行文化哲学的探讨,是对人、文化与学校现代化三者关系的深层追问,也为目前的学校现代化实践开拓一个崭新的思维空间。在文化哲学看来,学校现代化的核心和最深刻的内涵是人自身的现代化。而人自身的现代化最终体现为学校教师和学生在生存方式上的根本变革,即学校文化的转型。这就必须立足于人的存在和发展,对现存学校文化的非现代性因素进行反思、批判与重建,实现从与传统农业文明相适应的由经验、常识、情感为内在要素的学校文化模式向与现代工业文明相适应的以理性精神和人本精神为核心的现代学校文化模式的转型。

| Abstract: | In the light of cultural philosophy,the core and the deepest connotation of educational institution modernization is modernization of human beings,which is ultimately embodied in the institution culture transformation,a fundamental reform in living ways of teachers and students.It is therefore necessary to review and criticize the non-modernity of the present institution culture and rebuild it based on man's existence and development,and realize the transformation from a culture of experience,common sense and affect suitable to traditional agricultural civilization to a culture with rationalism and humanism as its core harmonious with modern industrial civilization. |
