摘    要:目的/意义] 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,虚假信息泛滥成灾。本文提出图书馆应该将虚假信息治理作为图书馆应急服务的重要内容。方法/过程] 对国内图书馆行业在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间参与虚假信息治理的情况进行调研、分析,并就图书馆应如何参与虚假信息治理提出思路。结果/结论] 图书馆可尝试通过以下5种途径参与虚假信息治理:①构建跨行业协作式的虚假信息治理体系;②实施媒介素养教育;③构建突发公共事件中虚假信息治理的应急服务机制;④虚假信息治理与阅读推广融合发展;⑤构建跨平台的一站式虚假信息检索系统。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] False information flooding during the COVID-19 epidemic,this paper proposes that the library should take the management of the false information as the important content of the emergency service.Method/process] This paper investigated and analyzed the participation of libraries in the management of false information during the COVID-19 epidemic,and proposed some ideas about how to participate in it.Result/conclusion] This paper proposes that libraries can participate in the management of false information in 5 ways:①build the cross-industry cooperation false information management system; ②practice media literacy education; ③build the emergency service mechanism of false information management in public emergencies;④ combine the false information management with reading promotion; ⑤ build a one-stop false information retrieval system.
