摘    要:VSO志愿者对在职教师新课程的培训始终以任务问题为导向,每一个任务问题都来源于实际的课堂教学。在整个培训过程中,他们更多地关注一个具体问题的解决,更多地指向如何提高课堂教学和其他课堂行为的有效性上。这是一种走向实践的教师培训,其基本策略和思路是案例教学与教育行动研究相结合,这种培训方式非常值得我们借鉴。

Abstract:VSO volunteers aim squarely at the task problem in in-service teacher training of the new curriculum.They focus their attention on the process of the solution of each problem as well as how to improve the classroom teaching efficiently.This in-service teaching training aims at practical teaching situation,the fundamental strategies of which is in accordance with the theory of case study and action research.
