摘    要:针对知识型组织战略契合度量研究不足的问题,从知识和战略人力资源管理的角度对知识型组织的投入和产出进行了分析,利用数据包络分析(DEA)建立战略契合评价模型,旨在为知识型组织的战略决策提供理论支持。

Abstract:The measurement of strategy fit is an existing problem in knowledge-based organizations. In order to solve this problem,output and input are analyzed form knowledge view and SHRM view. Finally,a strategy fit model is made by DEA in order to give support to strategic decision in knowledge-based organizations.
